Our 6 day package is made up of 12 meals, this is split into 2 deliveries each week each Sunday & Wednesday. The sample menu is below of what meals you will get. Each meal come individually labelled with macros, if you wanted to see each meal on the menu you can find them in the individual meals sections.

Whats in the box
This package you will get 2 main meals for each day from the menu above, for 6 days a week.

How deliveries work
Orders need to be placed by 10pm Monday for Wednesday delivery or by 10pm Friday for Sunday delivery
Packages are delivered in 2 drops one drop Sunday & one drop Wednesday, national deliveries are made VIA Dpd and they will allocate you a delivery 1 hour time slot on the morning of delivery.
Local deliveries are in selected birmingham areas only and they are made by our local courier company and delivery times will be between 1pm and 7pm Sundays & Wednesdays.
How to Heat
Our new fully recyclable packaging is now oven proof, so to heat you can now just remove from the sleeve pierce the film and place in a pre heated oven on 190 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes or until piping hot, if you have a potato dish and would like a crispy finish the pull the film in for the last 5 minutes.
To heat in the microwave remove from the sleeve pierce the film and place in the microwave on full power for 3 minutes.
Be careful when removing the film as steam will be released
How to store
Once food package has been delivered, you will need to store the food in the fridge as soon as possible and eat within the use by date on each meal.
If you have any Allergens or dislike any meal we will swop out but it might mean you getting the a duplicate meal.
